Hallie turns 11 months old

Yesterday, my little darling turn 11 months and 1 day old and she developed fever. Yiik!!!

She was already abit ham pau (crying baby) since 2 days ago, but I thought she was just seeking attention from us. Yesterday, after MIL went back around 11 am, Hallie took her usual cereal.  By 1 pm, the maid called me and said Hallie developed fever. Temp was 38 degree. I told her to feed mei-mei some paracetamols.

I was home by 4:30 pm because Papa and I went to Kyrie’s school for parent-teacher conference. Shall blog on this tomorrow because I left the SD card in office.  Hallie was taking her nap. When she woke up around 5 pm, her fever didnt subside. She was whinning and can tell she was not feeling good. Poor baby.

I fed her another round of paracetamols in the evening and we decided to let her skipped her evening porridge. Gave her 150 ml milk and she felt asleep. I woke up a few times to take her temp and put a cold pad on her. Luckily her temp came off during the night or else I know I’ll have another sleepless night.

Hallie baby, be strong and have a speedy recover, ok?? *Muak*

Playmates

Who are your playmates as you grow older? Most of our friends are either married with kids and those bachelors out there are usually out with friends on weekend boozing and blah blah blah with the opposite sex.

So, who do you play with when you really need a partner or friend to play game with?

Kyrie’s words to Aunty Mei Keng

Remember Mei Keng bought a set of princess clothing for Kyrie as present recently? She didn’t buy any present for Hallie because she doesnt know what to buy for a baby.

When Mei Keng came back to our house on the first night, this conversation took place between her, Kyrie and me.

K : Aunty Mei Keng loves me. Buy me present.

Me: Did you thank Aunty Mei Keng?

K went up to Mei Keng and said, “thank you” and she told MK this.

K: Mei Mei is angry. You no buy present for her. She’s sad!!! *LOL*

Hahahha. So last night, Mei Keng came home with a little present for Hallie as well.

Guess who is playing with the toy now?

Yes…we went to the zoo again over the weekend because every morning kyrie sings this, “I want to go Zoo….but not school” LOL

This round we spend more time on watching shows and less walking.

Hallie @ 10 months 2 weeks

See Mom, I can walk already…….:P

Yippy………….

Yes…..at 10 months, 2 weeks…my little “angel” can walk with the help from this walker. Problem is once she knows she can walks with this little helper, she refuses to sit nor play by herself. She wants to keep walking non stop. We have to stand behind her in case she falls and ended up, the tired one is the adult who supervise her. At the end, I have to hide the walker from her….

Little Nyonya’s CNY Celebrations in School

Today, Kyrie’s school celebrated CNY by combining both the morning and afternoon session together. There was lion dance together with performance by the older students from the Mandarin Enrichment Classes.

This morning she woke up happily putting on the costume together with the beaded shoes that Ashley gave her. She allowed Zinny to tie her hair into a bun, wahh….what a lovely girl she is!!

She even reminded me that teacher said no need to bring school bag and tumble to school.

The happy nyonya came home with 2 mandarin oranges and an angpow (2 choco gold coins).
