Talk of the town for days!!!!! From radio to tv to man on the street, in the lifts……the non stop buzz!!!

Beautiful night views. The buzz is so intensed that even my 67 years old mother is seated in the living room watching the flag off with me. She asked me few questions like how much is the winning prize, can over-take or not?, blah blah….. Hehehe, even tho I used to be a F1 fan,  but no longer now….I still can answered all her questions.

Now the race is over, the roads are re-open in stages. I’m back to taking cab to work!! Yippy!!

Hallie is taking cereal

I need to jot this down before I forget. Last Saturday, 27th Sept, my little darling took her first solid food. She seems confused during the first few spoons but soon mastered the art of swallowing. Mommy is very proud of you. You have reached another milestone.

The funny part about you is even after your 1 bowl of rice cereal, you still demand for your regular milk. Isn’t the bowl of cereal equivalent to 1 milk intake? Popo’s conclusion is milk to you is like “wine” or dessert. Haha…

Keep up the appetite. Soon mommy will make your menu more interesting by adding other flavour cereals and porridge is coming up too!!

Yes, that’s how quick time passed. 6 months already huh? My dear Hallie has brought much joys to the family especially to jie-jie. Now Jie-jie has basically overcome her jealousy over mei-mei and very protective towards her. Not to mentioned affectionate as well. Kyrie just cant stop kissing her mei-mei everyday. Mommy and Papa love to see the kissing parts!!!

The first 3 months of your life was really difficult for all of us in the family. You cried day and night. Even mommy’s confinement lady complained that you were one of the most difficult baby she ever handle. Your constant crying has caused a lot of stress on mommy and your jie-jie. Your jie-jie could not understand why suddenly all the attention from the adults were directed to you.

Anyway, we cant wait for you to grow older so you can join in with your jie-jie to play masak masak. Her latest craze!!

Cant even remember when we went to East Coast. All I remember it was a Sunday afternoon. Mei mei just woke up from her nap and Popo suggested we bring Mei Mei to the beach!! Hehehe, within 15 mins all packed and zoom we go!! Luckily we live very near East Coast; 15 mins drive journey.

Conversation with Kyrie

This morning Kyrie woke up while I was getting ready to go to work. The moment she saw me putting on my blouse, she said this:

Kyrie : No opis, ok? *Sad look*

Mommy: Today Tuesday. Must go office.

Kyrie : No!! NO !! No opis.

Mommy: Mommy must go office. If not boss will scold mommy.

Kyrie: Ok, go opis take money from boss. Boss give money go buy yogurt for lui lui.

Hahahaha. Yesterday evening I brought her to the nearby supermarket to buy yogurt but they ran out. I told her will get her some on my way home today. Her theory of going office is to collect MONEY. True also what!!

Pressie from Papa

Papa just came back from Las Vegas this morning. As usual, both the girls get the most gifts, from dresses, toys, toys and more toys.

Papa as usual, bought many things for himself too. I always said he’s SELFISH! His forever branded stuff.

When I sms him this model, he complained is the latest FALL Model and is not on SALES yet. Sigh…..so Mommy said dont buy loh.

Kyrie learned above from one of her gym classes. Unfortunately, it’s too difficult for her. She can only remembered the first line.

One night while on the bed she recited this phrase:

PEI-SI PEI-SI BUTTER!! (**PEI-SI in Cantonese means nose shit)

Initially, I thought she wanted to tell me there’s pei-si on the bed, but she got agitated. She kept saying, NO NO…Pei-si pei-si butter and kept moving her fingers!!

Suddenly, it crossed my mind as “Itsy-Bitsy Spider”!!!
